Medical Center is seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient-only Primary Care teams in Medford, Oregon & surrounding areas. This is an opportunity to join an amazing team of physicians, advance practice providers, and an excellent support staff. We offer flexible scheduling options and there is no call or inpatient work required. Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days 72 patient per week via clinical encounters (new grads will slowly build up to this) Dax AI Epic EMR Year 1 Base salary of $300K Year 2 & beyond Annual performance incentives Primary Care production plan - $50.20/wRVU in excess of 6,000 Annual Productive Bonus $60,000 signing bonus Up to $15,000 relocation assistance Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance 240 hours authorized time off Excellent health, dental, vision and retirement Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment The Community:We are located in picturesque Southern Oregon, known for its temperate climate with an average of 196 sunny days per year!
