Nurse PractitionerWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the team of an established provider of hospice home care services. They service the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina.Job Qualifications/Job DutiesThe Nurse Practitioner should have prior experience in treating hospice patients.The Nurse Practitioner will see patients in their homes and will typically make 2 to 3 visits each day.The Hospice Nurse Practitioner will promote the highest quality of end of life care including hospice care and widespread use of advanced directives.Discusses patient with attending physicians, consultants, nursing staff, and other medical professionals.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a very competitive salary of $115,000 to $130,000.We provide a laptop and cell phone and reimburse for mileage.We have a very comprehensive benefits package to include:Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, PTO, Paid holidays, $5000 in annual CEU, retirement plan.
