This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused insurance professional who enjoys managing complex commercial accounts while working in a collaborative, service-driven environment.In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing day-to-day account management, policy servicing, renewal support, and coverage consultation. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical insurance knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to client service and account retention.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and coverage questions.Prepare and coordinate account renewals, including gathering underwriting information and marketing accounts when necessary.Review policies for accuracy and ensure coverage aligns with client exposures and business needs.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, underwriters, and carrier partners.Assist in identifying cross-selling and account rounding opportunities.Maintain accurate documentation and activity records within the agency management system.Ensure all service requests are handled promptly and professionally while meeting internal service standards.Stay current on industry trends, carrier guidelines, and coverage enhancements.QualificationsRequiredActive Property & Casualty (P&C) License.5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience within an independent agency or brokerage environment.Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, policy forms, underwriting requirements, and carrier workflows.Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.PreferredExperience using Applied EPIC or a comparable agency management system.Industry designations such as CIC, CISR, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or equivalent.Experience working with middle-market or complex commercial accounts.Desired Skills & CompetenciesExceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.Strong organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency technology platforms.Collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 DOE.100% remote work environment.Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.401(k) with company-sponsored retirement benefits.Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.Continuing education, licensing, and professional designation support.Long-term career growth opportunities with a stable and growing organization.If you are an experienced Commercial Lines professional seeking a fully remote opportunity with a strong team culture and commitment to client excellence, we encourage you to apply.
