About The JobThe FP&A Analyst is a key contributor within the Finance team, responsible for supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive performance, improve visibility into key metrics, and support profitable growth across the organization.The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in developing forecasts, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring alignment between operational initiatives and financial outcomes.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planningAnalyze monthly financial results and performance against budget, forecast, and prior periodsProvide insights into revenue trends, margin performance, and expense managementPartner with business leaders to evaluate initiatives and support strategic decision-makingSupport the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across departmentsIdentify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiencyPrepare executive-level reporting and presentations for leadership (CEO, CFO, etc.)Monitor key performance drivers and provide actionable recommendationsAssist with financial due diligence related to growth initiatives and acquisitionsDrive consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and data integrityKey Performance MetricsForecast accuracy (revenue, margin, and expenses)Timeliness and quality of reporting and analysisIdentification of cost savings or revenue optimization opportunitiesQuality of financial insights driving business decisionsSupport of EBITDA growth and margin improvementRequired Skills2–5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, or Corporate AccountingStrong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel required; advanced modeling preferred)Experience working with large datasets and financial systems (ERP/BI tools preferred)Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insightsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with senior leadershipBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
