Lead LAB Manager

Fluidstack is seeking a hands-on leader for the NPI lab and data-center qualification team in Austin. You will own end-to-end lab operations, including equipment intake, rack-and-stack, and CDU-driven testing to production readiness. You will build and mentor an on-site team of technicians and engineers, coordinating qualification programs with vendors and customers while maintaining strict safety and operational standards in a fast-paced, high-density compute environment.
