We value and recognize each associate.We have a loyal client base that appreciates personal styling and attention.Position OverviewLead and inspire the sales team through hands-on client styling, wardrobing, and apparel recommendations.Create a fashion-forward retail environment through thoughtful merchandising and visual presentation of women’s apparel, shoes, and accessories.Deliver an exceptional retail shopping experience by engaging each customer, learning their style, and curating personalized fashion looks.Contribute to a luxury fashion experience at an accessible price point, ensuring every client leaves feeling styled, confident, and excited about their new apparel.QualificationsMinimum 1+ year of apparel retail experience, preferably in women’s fashion.Sales-focused, style-savvy, and truly passionate about fashion and helping clients build their wardrobe.Energetic, positive personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to engage confidently on the sales floor, make fashion fun, and translate trends into wearable apparel for a wide range of clients.Experience with styling, wardrobing, or personal shopping in a retail or fashion environment.Previous experience in luxury apparel stores similar to Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesActively engage with customers on the sales floor to understand their style needs and recommend fashion and apparel pieces that fit their lifestyle.Style complete outfits using our selection of women’s apparel, footwear, and accessories to maximize both client satisfaction and retail sales.Support merchandising efforts by maintaining a visually compelling fashion floor set and ensuring all apparel and accessories are presented to brand standards.Build lasting relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-touch service within our retail environment.Elevate the overall retail experience by staying current on fashion trends and sharing style knowledge with both clients and teammates.What We OfferWeekly bonus payEmployee discountHealth InsurancePaid Time Off401(k)Join FOX’S and grow your career in retail fashion apparel, where your eye for style and love of people can truly shine.
