Senior Software Engineer

We're building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations, with a strong focus on AI and data. The team cares far more about outcomes than specific tools or dogma. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll own the software solutions you build end to end: making smart decisions about priorities, thinking ahead about the product roadmap, and designing systems that are both user-centric and highly scalable.You'll join a multidisciplinary team and be involved well beyond just "taking tickets":Helping shape team objectives and prioritiesParticipating from the very beginning of product ideation and developmentDriving product discovery and refinement conversationsAnalyzing problems, designing architectures, and proposing pragmatic, high-impact solutionsShipping high-quality, well-documented code and ensuring smooth deploymentsYou're a great fit if you have:A Bachelor's and/or Master's in Computer Science or a related field4+ years of professional software development experience shipping production codeFluency in one or more backend languages (Python, Node.js, Java, or C/C++); experience with Next.js and/or React is a plusExperience building, testing, and deploying microservicesInterest or experience with modern generative AI (proprietary or open-source LLMs) is a plusBackground in distributed systems; performance optimization experience is a plusExperience with AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker, and ECS/Kubernetes is a plusStrong communication skills and comfort working closely with engineering, product, and other cross-functional partners
