The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to: • Caulking • Drywall repair • Touch up painting • Test all locks and key sets • Assist in inspection of property • Maintaining exterior lighting • Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance • Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal, etc. • Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary • Pool maintenance • Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies. Compensation & Incentives • Base Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour • Up to 20% Rent Discount • Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions • Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match • Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave Hours & Schedule • Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm • Paid rotating on-call participation required • Must be available and prepared for emergency events • *Schedule subject to change based on business needs What we’ll expect from you: • Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. • Live within a 30-minute commute of the property. • HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred. • One-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience. #6194 If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
