About the Role
Are you tired of being rushed through jobs, fixing the same hose twice, or working for a company that values speed over doing it right?
At PIRTEK, we do on-site hydraulic hose service the right way the first time. Our technicians are trusted problem-solvers—not just parts changers—and we support them with training, stocked service trucks, and clear quality standards.
This is hands-on field work with rotating on-call hours (with incentive pay). If you take pride in clean installs, safety, and professional work, this may be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose hydraulic hose failures and service issues
Fabricate and install hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies Route and secure hoses properly to prevent premature failure Perform clean, professional installations that meet safety standards Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and solutions Accurately document work for invoicing and service records Maintain your mobile service unit, tools, and inventory Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (with incentive pay)
What Makes This Job Different
Fully equipped, purpose-built service trucks

Experience in diesel, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, field service, or mechanical trades is a plus—but not required.
Pay & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Not a Fit If…
You want commission-only pay
You rush work just to close tickets You don’t like physical, hands-on jobs You’re uncomfortable working independently You prefer shortcuts over quality
Bottom Line
This job isn’t easy—it’s hands-on, sometimes dirty, and requires accountability.
But if you want pride in your work, support in the field, and a company that values quality over shortcuts, PIRTEK offers a long-term career—not just another service job.
