Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years' progressive management experience, with a strong background in budget development and management. Preferred qualifications include at least 7-10 years' senior leadership experience in operations management, particularly within a K-12 environment, and experience with technology infrastructure and information systems. The COO will also be involved in strategic planning, project management, and staff leadership, and experience with labor relations is a plus.
