Our team is passionate about delivering excellent service and creating memorable culinary moments for our patrons.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Controller, located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Controller will oversee all financial operations, including budget management, financial forecasting, and reporting. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial input to support business growth. Working as a critical member of the leadership team, the Controller will also build and implement financial controls and contribute to decision-making processes.QualificationsExpertise in Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and ForecastingProficiency in Accounting Operations, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and General Ledger managementKnowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Financial Reporting StandardsStrong skills in Financial Planning, Data Analysis, and Risk ManagementProficiency in Accounting Software and Advanced Excel SkillsExcellent Leadership, Organizational, and Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA designation is preferred)Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is required
