This position offers an opportunity to support K-12 students in a school setting, providing essential physical therapy services designed to enhance student mobility and participation in academic and extracurricular activities.Key Responsibilities:Deliver physical therapy assessments and interventions tailored to the needs of K-12 studentsCollaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to design and implement individualized therapy plansMonitor student progress and document outcomes in compliance with relevant policies and regulationsProvide consultation and training to school staff regarding physical therapy techniques and strategiesParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student educational goalsQualifications:Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant state credentialsExperience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-12 environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school personnelAbility to develop and adapt therapy strategies for diverse student needsLocation: Position is based in Benson, MN, with the specific school location to be determined.Work Schedule:Part-time position: 37.5 hours per weekTypical hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:15 AM to 3:15 PMThis is a contract role for the current school year, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on student health and educational success.
