Role Description This full-time, on-site position is based in Franklin, TN. As a Customer Service Account Manager at Resource Label Group, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines, resolving customer concerns promptly, and maintaining accurate records. You will also support clients with product recommendations, ensure high service standards are met, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the accounts. Qualifications Customer service and account management skills, including relationship management and issue resolutionAttention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in CRM software, order-processing systems, and basic Microsoft Office suite applicationsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a proactive approachAdaptability, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in the manufacturing, labeling, packaging, or a related industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
