Part Time Recruiter
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. This is a part-time contract role, requiring up to 24 hour per week depending on the needs of the firm. ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsConduct virtual interviewsQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to pipelined candidatesCoordinate interview schedulesGenerate and extend offer lettersQualificationsExperience supporting roles in the financial services industry (preferably public accounting)Bachelor's degreeEffective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office suiteHigh-energy and passionDemonstrated ability to meet quotas
