Senior Technical Program Manager, Robotic Sortation Tech

Overview In this role you will drive the end-to-end delivery of next-generation sortation solutions within Amazon Robotics, partnering across hardware, software, and operations teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs in fulfillment and sorting centers. You will steer NPI and sustaining programs, aligning stakeholders to meet ambitious goals and high-quality outcomes. You’ll solve complex problems at scale, influencing senior leaders and shaping how robotics and software integrate to transform customer experiences.
