ICT SupervisorPosition: ICT SupervisorLocation: TBAShift: 1st ShiftShift Hours: 5:30AM-2:00PMEssential Duties/Responsibilities:Support business plan goals, develop and monitor tasks to ensure goals are achieved.Ensure appropriate manpower planning and budgeting for efficient operations are in place and required resources are available to meet customer and corporate requirements.Provide leadership and guidance to all members of the department.Solve problems and resolve issues and concerns that impact operational performance (quality, safety, finance, associate relations).Maintain inventory accuracy greater than 98%.Manage departmental build out and new model activities.Document and report EDI discrepancies to direct customer.Always ensure consistent and professional communication with our customer and associates.Manage projects and provide guidance when needed.Develop section leaders and associates.Monitor safety results and report as needed; assist in the development of safety related countermeasures.Anticipate potential problems and apply solutions and preventative measuresAct as a role model for all associates in all aspects of the job (safety, production, quality, attendance, housekeeping, etc.)Achieve daily production targets.Continuously improve overall department content and activities.Ensure all daily and monthly reports are completed on time.Communicate effectively to peers and Assistant Manager.Computer skills.Excellent attendance.Periodic Job Functions:Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.Communicate and enforce safety policiesParticipate in and administer disciplinary actions.Interview candidates.Support and direct daily company production and projects.Qualifications/Experience/Education:Post-high school education (2 or 4 year degree in Operations Management, Business or related field) or equivalent experience desired.5+ years' experience in a warehouse management environment or other management areas.Proven experience leading and motivating teams in manufacturing or warehouse environment.Able to interact professionally within the company with our customer and associates.Able to lead project teams and present information to managementExcellent communication and organizational skills.Must be able and willing to work any shift, hours, holidays, weekends or overtime as neededApplication Procedure:If you are interested in being considered for this position, complete an Application for Position Posting, Upload a Resume and submit to Dayforce by: Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 11:59pm.In order to be considered for the position the associate must be eligible the day the posting comes down from the three (3) day posting which is: Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 11:59pm.
