What You’ll Own
Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring accuracy across the general ledger
Perform account reconciliations, analyze variances, and resolve discrepancies proactively
Play a key role in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting
Assist with cash management, including banking activity and reconciliations
Apply GAAP across accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and lease accounting
Identify and drive process improvements across accounting and reporting workflows
Partner with operations and business leaders to ensure accurate financial insights
Support internal and external audits
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Hands-on experience with general ledger and month-end close
Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience working within ERP/accounting systems
CPA (or in progress) is a plus
