This role supports children during a key stage of independence, language growth, and early social development through structured routines and engaging classroom experiences.This position is ideal for educators who enjoy leading a classroom team while creating a warm, consistent environment that helps young learners build confidence and early learning foundations.Key Responsibilities Lead daily classroom routines for a 2-year-old early childhood classroom Implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the L.E.A.P.
