The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Appian development, data modeling, integration, and performance optimization, along with the ability to work independently and guide junior developers.Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory:Certified Associate Developer (Appian)Minimum 2 to 5 years of Appian development and delivery experienceStrong understanding of Appian architecture and core componentsCandidate must have an Active Secret security clearance.Experience with BPM and workflow automation conceptsProficiency in relational databases and data modelingExperience in designing and deploying Appian applications
