Job Description:3 positions36 hours per week/hour rateThe hours are straight nights every other weekend and vacationJob Description SummaryThe NICU Respiratory Therapist assists with special projects, validations, and orientations. This position is responsible for having the knowledge and ability to train staff on all NICU equipment.Job DescriptionParticipates in new staff orientation and annual competency evaluations. Monitors employee validations to ensure completion.Participates in creating and reviewing policies and procedures. Participates in department performance improvement programs and adjusts staff assignments for other staff's participation.Provides staff development and improvement of clinical skills for clinical team.Assists with event/incident reporting for both patients and employee safety occurrences.
