SummaryDraft technicians are responsible for the install, repair, and maintenance of our on and off premise draft accounts. They also set up temporary draft systems for special events, i.e. beer and music festivals.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, troubleshoot and service all draft accounts in a timely manner as directed by managerProvide bids to retail accounts for services including billing and collection for maintenanceAssist, prepare and participate in all special eventsBidding, billing and collection for service work and deliveriesAssist sales teams with troubleshooting, servicing existing accounts, repair and maintenancePoint of sales and merchandisingDevelop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with through your jobOccasional tasting of product may be requiredKey CompetenciesProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteExcellent oral and written communication skillsEffective organizational and time management skillsWork EnvironmentThis job operates in our accounts, mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work.Physical DemandsLift/Carry 50 lbs. repetitively and up to 100 lbsPush/pull up to 100 lbsBend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/graspWork indoors and outdoorsDriveOperate equipmentExpected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, days/hours of work vary, and may include weekends.TravelLocal travel onlyRequired Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license and auto insurance requiredMinimum of 21 years of ageMinimum six (6) months merchandising experiencePreferred Education and ExperienceDraft experience preferredCompensationActual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
