This isn’t just a job, it’s a path to leadership with a high income potential (uncapped), working with a consistent stream of strong solar leads and an established sales team.Offering a strong base salary of $65K–$85K, then elevate your earnings with uncapped commissions and team overrides, realistic take-home of $250K–$300K+ with no cap on your potential!Responsibilities:Daily ride-alongs with sales reps to train, develop, and sharpen their skillsMentor and coach the existing team to improve performance and close ratesClose your own leads to drive personal and team successCollaborate with the Solar Sales Manager to expand the sales teamImplement best practices to optimize lead-to-close efficiencyMonitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to push growthEnsure exceptional customer satisfaction through every step of the processStay updated on industry trends and introduce innovations to keep the team competitiveQualifications:Minimum of five (5) years of in-person solar sales experienceAt least one (1) year of solar sales management experienceMust have a valid Driver's LicenseMust be comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofsProven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performanceStrong leadership and motivational skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of the solar industry, including products, services, and market trendsExperience with roofing and other home improvement products is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentThis is your opportunity to join a growing company with a strong foundation and an exciting future.
