Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hourJob Type: Full-timeAbout The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, equipment operation, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of warehouse workflows and can operate material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesManage inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels and support timely replenishment.Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and reach trucks.Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments.Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement.Execute accurate picking and packing of orders to meet customer expectations.Maintain a clean, organized warehouse that meets OSHA safety standards.Work collaboratively with warehouse supervisors to improve workflow and efficiency.Conduct routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues promptly.Assist with packaging products while following quality control procedures.QualificationsPrevious warehouse experience preferred; strong understanding of distribution processes.Experience with inventory systems such as AS400 is a plus.Must be able to safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks.Knowledge of materials handling techniques and OSHA safety protocols.Mechanical aptitude is a plus for basic equipment troubleshooting.Ability to lift heavy items as needed throughout the day.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Team-oriented, proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to pass a background check.Benefits401(k)401(k) matchDental insuranceFlexible spending account (FSA)Health insuranceHealth savings account (HSA)Life insuranceOn-the-job trainingOpportunities for advancementPaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceJoin our team and play a key role in supporting warehouse operations while growing your skills and career!
