Registration Coordinator

The Registration Coordinator will be expected to perform a variety of general event and registration related functions. This position is part of the Travel Department and is responsible for creating all registrations timely and accurately, supporting any member and/or broker inquiries regarding registration and events, and supporting any on-site CRI activities. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging role.ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree with at least one (1) year of experience in a related field or equivalent work experience. Cvent experience with a focus in Event Registration, Attendee Hub and OnArrival strongly preferred.SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:Excellent communication skillsAbility to create and review a variety of event registrations with varying information and details and ensure all information is accurate and completeAbility to work with minimal supervision, prioritizing and organizing own workloadStrong independent problem-solving skills and drive to learn independentlyWillingness to work in a team environment and be a collaborative team playerInnovative and motivated to suggest and contribute to process efficiencies and improvementsHigh degree of proficiency in use of technologyWell organized, proactive, must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all registration builds in Cvent ensuring that templates are updated with appropriate information, details are updated and accurate, and all reviews are completed in a timely mannerReview and test registrations created by other parties to ensure that the information required is accurate and complete and that all details have been correctly updatedWork with various departments to obtain required information for building, sending and updating registrationsManage requests for access to registrationsAddress follow-up inquiriesManage access to reporting for all applicable and internal and external partiesManage and review all Cvent application buildsAssist with on-site registration for activities held at Captive Resources' headquartersAvailable to assist and troubleshoot with registration and applications as neededAssumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the positionAssist Meeting Planner with any registration and reporting needs as they ariseManage Board Meeting registration submissionsManage inventory (i.e. Badges, lanyards, on-arrival printers, etc.)General Meeting support as neededEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
