This role focuses on relationship management, service delivery oversight, and identifying opportunities for account growth. You will serve as the primary advocate for your assigned clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and a seamless experience.This position is primarily remote; however, occasional travel for client meetings or events is required. Candidates must reside in the greater Seattle area and have reliable high-speed internet access.Here's what you'll be doing:Serve as the go-to partner for your portfolio of clients, managing technical configurations and ensuring smooth service deliveryBuild and maintain long-term relationships that support retention and contract renewalsCollaborate with sales and leadership teams to identify and pursue growth opportunitiesMonitor account health, proactively addressing risks and resolving recurring issuesAct as the voice of the client, sharing feedback with internal teams to improve service qualityParticipating in weekly L10 team meetingsAssess at-risk clients and develop action plans to improve satisfactionReview case studies and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutionsUpdate client documentation and account recordsCoordinate with Project Managers on ongoing initiativesConduct onsite or virtual client visits as neededIdentify and resolve client issues efficiently and effectivelyRequirements🎓 Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited institution or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in the financial services sectorPrior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environmentAbility to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C‑suite executives🛠 Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and ExcelFamiliarity with cloud technologies, especially Microsoft AzureUnderstanding of network infrastructure and server technologiesKnowledge of current and emerging technology trendsBenefitsAt FusionTek, we truly believe our people are our most valuable asset.
