Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedHealthcare Technology Consultantwith a strong blend oftechnical expertise ,business analysis acumen , andanalytics capabilitiesto supportMedicare Line of Businessin ourNational Sales and Engagement Team . The ideal candidate should have over a decade of experience inhealthcare technology consulting, Contact Center analysis and Sales Analyticswith a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights, optimizing business processes, and enabling strategic decision-making across clinical and commercial functions.Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner tohealthcare stakeholders ( in Medicare LOB)and internal sales teams, translating business needs into analytical solutions.
Design and implement analytics solutions to supportContact Center, Sales Analytics, customer engagement, and market expansion strategies.
Utilize dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales trends, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, and sales operations to deliver scalable solutions.
Analyze healthcare data (Medicare and Medicaid ) to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks using Databricks ( SQL).
Provide insights to optimize sales targeting, territory planning, Target setting and customer segmentation.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data governance standards.
Support the implementation of CRM systems, data integration platforms, and analytics tools.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or related field.
10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, with significant exposure to healthcare organizations.
8+ years of experience in business analysis and analytics roles, preferably supporting sales or commercial teams.
Strong proficiency inSQL (Data Bricks), Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
