SuperintendentPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety, particularly in multi-family, tilt-up, and hospital construction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations on construction sites and supervise construction crews.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress.Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues that arise promptly.Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and construction is progressing as planned.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and budgets.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in construction, particularly in multi-family, tilt-up, and hospital projects.Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and building regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.BenefitsCompetitive PayMedical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance401K with company matchProfit SharingGenerous PTO & HolidaysCommuter & Transportation BenefitsContinued Education & TrainingCareer Growth & Mentorship
