Data Collection Staff Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Company: Sai Technologies LLC Client: State of Indiana Job Description: Sai Technologies LLC is seeking a Data Collection Staff member for an onsite role with one of our direct clients in Indianapolis, IN. This position involves enhancing criminal history records by researching and collecting court documents, analyzing legal data, and entering information into a tracking system. The role supports the Sex and Violent Offender Registration and Victim Services Division of the Indiana Department of Correction and requires collaboration with law enforcement agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. Responsibilities: Research and collect court documents and sentencing information Analyze and interpret legal documents Communicate with law enforcement agencies to obtain required documentation Enter collected data into a designated tracking system Maintain accuracy and compliance with legal policies Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience in data collection and data entry Knowledge of Indiana Code and criminal justice system Familiarity with court documents and legal terminology Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to process detailed, sensitive crime-related data Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred) Legal research experience preferred Equivalent work experience may be considered Why Join Us?
