General Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead the overall performance of a local branch operation, including sales, operations, administration, and financial performance. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, operational execution, profitability, and team leadership, while ensuring high levels of customer service and accountability across the branch. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can lead people, manage performance, solve operational challenges, and grow the business.
