Client Advocate
Utilizing advanced insurance skills, the full-time remote Client Advocate will manage customer relationships by resolving benefit and eligibility inquiries while processing enrollment, claims, and billing questions.
Key responsibilities
Process incoming enrollment, claims, billing, and eligibility questions through various communication methods
Scrub applications to identify missing information that may affect participant eligibility and follow up as necessary
Resolve escalated issues, including urgent enrollments and complex claims, while providing coaching and mentoring to team members
Required qualifications
Minimum three years of customer service experience in a broker or insurance carrier setting; five years preferred
Advanced knowledge of medical insurance and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate various carrier websites independently
