Job Title: Business Analyst with POS ExperienceLocation: Lindon, UT & Jeffersonville, IN– Hybrid 3 days/weekPosition Summary: We’re seeking a Business Analyst with hands‑on Restaurant POS expertise to support a leading restaurant technology platform.Key Responsibilities:Translate restaurant/POS needs into clear user storiesDrive sprint delivery and backlog managementEnsure smooth, high‑quality POS feature releases for restaurant operationsRequired:Strong BA experience in Agile/ScrumDeep knowledge of Restaurant POS systems (hardware + software)Background in restaurant chains, hospitality, or POS/payment platformsUnderstanding of APIs, integrations, and payment workflowsSkilled in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, UATAbility to write user stories, manage backlog, and partner with Product & EngineeringExperience with Toast, Clover, Square, or similar POSExposure to feature releases, validation, and feature flagsWork closely with Product Managers & Engineers
