Sr Coordinator, Centralized Installation Scheduling

We are seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Centralized Installation Scheduling to join our team. As an Install Scheduling Sr. Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth installation experience for our expanding portfolio of National Account and Regional Customers. You will work both independently and as part of a team to perform various duties that directly impact the installation process.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our business partners (subcontractors), providing guidance, feedback, and technical guidelines to ensure a superior client installation experience.
Review installation/job statements of work (SOW) to qualify approved business partners from our list of contractors and available installation technicians.
Provide detailed installation guides to technicians and business partners.
Negotiate and create purchase order numbers to contract assigned labor resources for installations.
Plan and schedule installation jobs based on project requirements, customer preferences, and resource availability.
Coordinate with field technicians and installation teams to allocate resources efficiently, considering skills, availability, and location.
Ensure proper material management by shipping parts from assigned warehouse to preferred locations.
Post and close projects in a timely manner.
Contribute to the improvement of scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and projects.
Ability to problem solve and pivot priorities as necessary.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Positive attitude and willingness to work together with clients and internal teams.
Industry knowledge preferred, but not required.
Experience in project management/coordination.
Experience in a service dispatch environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Experience with ORACLE (preferred).
