Job Title: Mainframe DeveloperWork Location: Coppell, TX, 75019 (Hybrid)Duration: 6-12 MonthsJob Details:Detailed Job DescriptionHigh level experience in coding, designing, testing, integration, Assembler, COBOL, JCL, DB2 and other Mainframe Technologies. Agile mode of experience preferred. Candidate should be upfront in taking improvementsRequired Skills:8+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies.Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.Experience with Assembler programming.Expertise in Mainframe application development, enhancement, and maintenance.Strong knowledge of coding, debugging, testing, and system integration.Experience with DB2 SQL, performance tuning, and database programming.Ability to analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.Good communication and collaboration skills.Ability to identify process improvements and drive technical enhancements.Nice to Have:Prior experience as a Technology Lead or Technical Lead.Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience.Experience with version control and change management tools.
