Clinical Psychologist or LCSW
We are seeking a licensed and experienced mental health therapist to join a growing private practice in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to client-centered care, and the ability to work effectively in a private practice setting. The therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Assessments: Perform thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, history, and treatment goals.
Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with clients to set achievable goals.
Provide Therapy: Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, or family settings, depending on clients' needs.
Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Monitor Progress: Regularly review and assess clients' progress toward treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively with other therapists and staff members to ensure comprehensive client care and support.
Engage in Professional Development: Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and relevant therapeutic techniques.
Adhere to Ethical Standards: Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions and treatment approaches.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Licensure: Current, valid license to practice as a Psychologist or LCSW in OR
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills; proficiency in using electronic health records; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to $160,000.00 per year
