Production Associate- Cutting Table - 1st ShiftTotal compensation pay range $16 Per hourWeekly PayQuarterly safety and incentive bonus opportunitiesEmployee Referral bonus opportunitiesShift Days and Hours Monday Friday 6am- 3:30pm (potential Overtime)Benefits starting DAY ONE !Who You Are:A highly motivated individual with a can- do attitude who takes pride in their work, wants to perform their role in a timely and efficient manner while producing good quality product, and wants to grow in their knowledge and experience while helping the organization to be successful.What You Will Be Doing:Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process.Ability to read labels and understand codes for production.Verify settings on equipment, when applicableRead, understand, and attach appropriate labels and tags to product.Quality inspection of glass, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipmentMaintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirementsMaintain continuity between shifts by communication and documenting actions, issues, concerns, and continuing needsComplete documentation for production and qualityPerform different job functions when needed.Skills You Bring:Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.1-2 years experience preferred but not necessaryABILITY to lift 75lbs independentlyCNC and Fabrication experience is a plusAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (heat, cold, humidity)Basic computer skills is a mustCommitted to Safety work practices.Why Trulite:Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
