As an Associate Project Engineer, you will gain an understanding of the scope and requirements of the varied Easi-Set precast products. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and modifying drawings per specifications and customer requirements. Prepare/maintain accurate catalog of drawings, electronic files, and digital library for website. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Easi-Set licensed products and processes.Develop detailed 2D/3D shop drawings and models using CAD/BIM softwareGenerate shop drawings from architectural, structural, and contract documents with full constructability considerationProduce accurate, production-ready drawings to support fabrication, casting, and erectionApply working knowledge of precast concrete design, manufacturing processes, and production methodologiesCollaborate with the Engineering Manager and licensed producers to ensure drawings are complete, coordinated, and fabrication-readyInterface with engineers, architects, and specifiers to resolve technical requirements and design details for Easi-Set productsApply industry standards and best practices to optimize design efficiency, manufacturability, and project executionInitialize project setups and maintain contract documentation within project management systemsManage submittal workflows, including review, distribution, tracking, and status reportingMaintain and update project documentation and digital records for accuracy and traceabilityIdentify and coordinate resolution of design and production-related issuesLead and coordinate D&E team activities to ensure alignment, communication, and timely deliverablesManage multiple projects to meet established schedules, milestones, and quality expectationsReview and validate sketches, drawings, and engineering data for compliance with design intent and project requirementsSupport evaluation and development of new product concepts, materials, and design approachesEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, customer specifications, and internal quality requirementsExecute special assignments and additional technical duties as required
