The PositionA highly regarded U.S. law firm is seeking a junior mid-level Associate to join its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice in Chicago. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a close-knit, high-performing team advising on the full spectrum of compensation and benefits matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.The role offers broad exposure to sophisticated work, including advising corporate and non-profit clients on executive compensation arrangements, employee benefit plans, and the benefits aspects of complex corporate transactions. Associates will work closely with partners and clients, gaining hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility from day one.About the PracticeThis specialist team is known for its technical strength and highly collaborative culture. The group handles a wide variety of sophisticated matters across multiple industries, offering associates rare breadth and direct access to high-quality work.The practice combines advisory, transactional, and regulatory expertise, making it an ideal platform for developing deep, well-rounded experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
