Job: WelderLocation: Moncks Corner, SCJob Type: Direct HireShift: 2nd (3 pm - 1:30 am) M -Th (Must be willing to train on 1st shift for several weeks.)We would need to bring the candidates on site for an interview (we can pay for travel), as they will need to complete and pass our weld test for hire. By leveraging our expertise in analysis, atomization, combustion, fluid metering, and control coupled with enterprise excellence we will exceed customer expectations and achieve our business objectives.SummaryPerforms a wide range of routine to complex manual, automatic and/or semi-automatic welds utilizing a variety of equipment on high temperature and high strength metal alloys.Responsibilities :Following established procedures, responsibilities may include some or all of the following:Perform manual/automatic welding, tacking, weld repairing at 1G (flat) on plates or pipes, ensuring proper penetration and fusion; heat straightening at flat or horizontal position.Read technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to understand specifications.Select, set up, and maintain welding equipment (e.g., manual TIG, JetLine, AMI, Robot, EBW, Laser Welding)Clean, cut, bend, and clamp or tack-weld components into position.Monitor weld quality during and after welding to ensure compliance with code requirements, using visual inspection to check for defects.
