DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Electrophysiology team in Longview, TX . This role will support a growing service line by assisting with increased outpatient clinical volume and inpatient hospital rounding . The ideal candidate will have cardiology or electrophysiology experience and be comfortable managing patients across both clinic and hospital settings.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with outpatient electrophysiology clinic visits , including new patient evaluations and follow-upsSupport inpatient hospital rounding and management of EP patientsEvaluate and manage patients with cardiac rhythm disordersOrder and interpret diagnostic studies including EKGs, labs, and cardiac monitoringProvide patient education on procedures, device management, and ongoing careCollaborate closely with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and care teamsMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMRQualificationsCurrent Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantNational certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)Previous cardiology or electrophysiology experience preferredStrong clinical judgment and ability to work in both outpatient and inpatient settingsExcellent communication and teamwork skills
