Bilingual Polisher - (Spanish) 2nd shift from 2 Pm to 10 PM

Position Overview: We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Cultured Marble Polisher to join our team for the 3rd shift. This position is responsible for polishing and finishing cultured marble products, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with marble polishing or similar material and demonstrate attention to detail in producing smooth, aesthetically pleasing surfaces. Key Responsibilities: Polish cultured marble products to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish. Use appropriate polishing tools and techniques to remove imperfections, scratches, and rough spots from marble surfaces. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards for quality, color consistency, and smoothness. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, always adhering to safety guidelines. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets. Report any product defects or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly. Assist with other related tasks in the production process as needed. Qualifications: Experience with marble polishing or similar materials is preferred but not required. Ability to use hand tools, polishing machines, and other equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.). Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
