We offer a friendly work environment with opportunities for growth and skill-building.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Winnebago, IL for a Baker, Cook, Cafe Manager and Event Coordinator. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as bread, cookies, and other pastries. Daily tasks include measuring and combining ingredients, baking items according to recipes, monitoring oven temperatures, ensuring product consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Baker will also assist with inventory checks and collaborate with team members to meet production needs.QualificationsExperience in Bakery operations and Baking processesProficiency in Food Preparation techniques with a focus on quality and hygieneFamiliarity with the preparation and baking of Cookies and BreadStrong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes preciselyOrganizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficientlyAbility to work collaboratively with a team and maintain high standardsPrior experience in a similar role or formal culinary/baking education is a plusWillingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends
