Senior DSCSA Analyst / SAP Support Analyst

DSCSA Compliance Analyst IIPosition SummaryThis role is primarily responsible for DSCSA compliance oversight and execution, ensuring effective traceability, issue resolution, and adherence to FDA requirements across the pharmaceutical supply chain. The position also contributes to SAP SD/MM operational support and process improvements in partnership with business and IT teams, with SAP skills developed and expanded over time. This role is ideal for a DSCSA or pharmaceutical supply chain professional looking to broaden their experience into ERP and systems support.Key ResponsibilitiesDSCSA - Serve as the primary owner of DSCSA compliance processes, leading execution, issue resolution, and audit readiness across the pharmaceutical supply chain.Lead and execute DSCSA compliance processes including transaction data monitoring, serialization exception management, and trading partner coordination.Maintain compliance documentation, support audit readiness activities, and own issue resolution related to product traceability and verification.Collaborate with IT, warehouse, quality, and business teams to ensure serialization and supply chain systems operate effectively.Support continuous improvement of DSCSA processes, including identifying root causes of recurring issues and implementing corrective actions.SAP - Support SAP SD/MM processes in partnership with IT and functional teams; this role is not expected to serve as the primary SAP system owner.Support and gradually develop capability in SAP SD modules including Sales Orders, Billing, Pricing, Shipping, and customer-related processes.Support and learn SAP MM modules including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Master, and procurement processes.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, support solution design, and document functional specifications.Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical/ABAP teams for enhancements and issue resolution.Provide post-go-live support and assist with end-user training as needed.GeneralGenerate operational and compliance reports using Excel, Power BI, or SAP reporting tools.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in supply chain, information systems, life sciences, business, pharmacy, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in DSCSA compliance, pharmaceutical supply chain operations, or closely related regulatory/compliance roles, with exposure to SAP or other ERP systems. Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, with interest and ability to develop deeper SAP SD/MM functional expertise over time. Exposure to integrations between ERP systems and warehouse, logistics, or serialization/track-and-trace platforms preferred. Understanding of DSCSA regulations, serialization concepts, and pharmaceutical supply chain operations. Exposure to SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, or functional support activities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI. Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects (nice to have)Familiarity with GS1 standards, EPCIS, and pharmaceutical serialization platformsPrior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution environmentsExposure to SAP SD/MM configuration or cross-functional integrations preferred but not required.
