Technical Lead – Network Platform Software Development (C/C++ | Linux | Networking)Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)We are hiring a Technical Lead – Network Platform Software Development in San Jose, CA.Required Skills:8+ years of experience in networking software developmentStrong programming skills in C/C++ (Go/Python is a plus)Hands-on experience with Linux networking and kernel internalsStrong knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking (IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, VRF, L3VPN, STP, LLDP, LAG, MLAG)Experience with QoS, packet processing, and networking ASICsFamiliarity with RIB, FIB, HAL, High Availability (HA), and ISSUExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, or virtualizationKnowledge of DPDK, P4, or similar technologies is a plusResponsibilities:Develop and enhance high-performance network platform softwareDesign Layer 2/Layer 3 networking features and QoS solutionsOptimize Linux networking stack and system performanceWork with networking ASICs and programmable data planesBuild scalable and reliable networking solutions
