This role sits on the Marketing team and plays a critical role in how we win the market. This role offers a competetive base within $140,000 –$170,000 with competetive bonus structure.You will shape our point of view, influence pricing and positioning decisions, and ensure our teams are equipped to sell confidently and credibly. You will partner closely with the Global Head of Marketing on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.If you've worked in services, revenue, or complex B2B environments and love translating real customer value into sharp messaging, this role is for you.What you'll own:Own end-to-end packaging for our services and offeringsLead launches from concept to enablement across sales, marketing, and deliveryEnsure launches are crisp, relevant, and rooted in real customer needsHelp shape memoryBlue's messaging and positioning across services and solutionsTranslate strategy into clear narratives that resonate with sales leaders, CMOs, CROs, and operatorsPressure-test positioning with customers and the fieldOwn our competitive landscape and point of viewBuild and maintain battle cards that sales actually usesShare updates regularly with sales, marketing, and leadershipWin / loss analysisLead win and loss analysis to uncover why we win, why we lose, and what changes behaviorPartner with sales to turn insights into actionIdentify trends across verticals, deal size, and buyer personaBe a core partner in pricing discussions and decisionsBring customer insight, competitive context, and packaging logic into pricing strategyHelp test and refine pricing models as offerings evolveWhat we're looking for7+ years of product marketing experience in B2BExperience in a services/consulting company, revenue organization, or complex offeringIf your background is SaaS, you must have a clear plan for translating that experience to a services-led businessStrong experience with launches, competitive positioning, and sales enablementComfortable partnering with senior sales, marketing, and executive stakeholdersStrategic thinker who also executes and finishesOpinionated, curious, and customer-obsessedWhy memoryBlueWe work with some of the fastest-growing B2B companies in the worldWe sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, recruitment, training, and technologyWe value smart thinking, clear opinions, and real outcomes over fluffThis role has visibility and influence from day one#J-18808-Ljbffr
