Join our in-office team and become an essential part of a fast-paced, patient-focused environment where your expertise truly makes a difference.What You'll Do:In this dynamic role, you will blend clinical excellence with administrative support to keep operations running smoothly:Perform high-volume medical appointments with emphasis on blood draws with confidence and accuracy.Conduct EKGs and capture vital signs, including height, weight, and blood pressure.Collect and manage blood, urine, and DNA samples with strict attention to quality and compliance.Coordinate and distribute specimens to appropriate departments.Support daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inbound calls.Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment. What You Bring:3-5 years of hands-on experience in medical assisting and/or phlebotomy.Strong proficiency in phlebotomy and patient interaction.Experience with EKGs and a solid understanding of medical terminology.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and multiple database systems.Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.About the Company
