AI Integration Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to help move our artificial intelligence strategy forward by helping connect technical capabilities with business opportunities.Key TasksConsult with stakeholders on artificial intelligence capabilities and business opportunities.Support AI projects by helping align prioritization, influence design, facilitate collaboration, and contribute to implementation plans in a complex organizational environment.Contribute to enterprise AI adoption through internal communications, and designing training curriculum.Support governance of AI enterprise wide and participate in Responsible AI reviews.Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and general data conceptsThe ability to think critically about business processes and business valueExcellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and organizational skillsProven ability to influence, negotiate, and navigate in a corporate environmentProven ability to multi-task and establish priorities independentlyPrevious experience in roles similar to product owner, data scientist, AI/ML analyst is a plusBachelor’s degree required10+ years of business process and/or business analysis experience3+ years of experience in project managementPrevious experience working with machine learning, predictive analytics, or artificial intelligence solutionsTECHNICAL KNOWLEDGEStrong understanding of property insurance business concepts and processes helpfulExpert knowledge of techniques and tools utilized in functional design, business processes improvement, and data analysisAI literate: able to understand and articulate artificial intelligence concepts, challenges, and capabilitiesData literate: able to understand and articulate data challenges and impacts on dependent analyticsCompensation, Grade, and Job Title will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and technical skillset.
