Our AGM sets the tone for the team through professionalism, urgency, and accountability. This is a hands-on role focused on guest experience, daily operations, team development and building a strong restaurant culture from the ground up. Our ideal AGM genuinely enjoys people - guests, vendors and building strong teams.This is not a corporate management role hidden in an office.
