Military Counseling Consultant

A company is looking for a Military Counseling Triage Consultant (Tele-work). Key Responsibilities: Answer calls and live chats, identifying participant inquiries and providing referrals or information Conduct DoD Survivor Surveys and enter results into the DoD Survivor Survey Platform Provide outbound contact services to ensure participant needs are met and escalate potentially harmful incidents as necessary Required Qualifications: Must pass criminal history, fingerprint, and credential review/verification as per DODI 1402.05 Must successfully complete a DoD-initiated Tier 2 Suitability Investigation Must be a U.S. Citizen Fluent English speaker
