Senior Finance ManagerLaSalle Network has partnered with a high-growth, private equitybacked SaaS company headquartered in downtown Chicago, seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their lean, high-impact finance team. This role sits at the center of the business and offers direct exposure to executive leadership and investors. Base salary for this role is budgeted between $170,000-195,000+ commensurate with experience, eligible for additional bonuses, and will primarily sit in their Chicago Loop office. Responsibilities: Own all financial models internally, including operating models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning Serve as a key finance partner to our PE sponsors, supporting investor reporting, board materials, and ad-hoc analysis Lead and manage day-to-day FP&A, including monthly variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance insights Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to support growth initiatives and improve unit economics Analyze SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, cohort performance) and translate data into clear recommendations Support strategic initiatives such as pricing analysis, new product launches, and M&A integration Required Skillset: 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or PE-backed operating companies. Candidates MUST have experience working at a PE-backed software company. Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build and maintain models from scratch Experience interfacing with senior leadership and/or investors; PE-backed or SaaS experience is a strong plus Candidates MUST have experience owning SaaS specific metrics previously.
