Construction Laborer

*Overview* In this energetic role, you will assist skilled tradespeople in building, repairing, and maintaining structures across various projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain comprehensive construction experience and grow within the industry. *Responsibilities* * Assist with the construction, installation, and repair of structures using hand tools and power tools, including concrete mixers, saws, drills, and more. * Prepare sites by performing heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment. * Support concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to ensure precise execution of concrete-related tasks. * Install rebar (reinforcing steel bars) and metal stud framing according to specifications for structural integrity. *Qualifications* * Previous construction experience or related work in building sites is highly preferred. * Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous. * Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, and formwork construction is a plus. * Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment in a construction setting. * Understanding of construction safety protocols and adherence to safety regulations at all times. * Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively on construction projects. * Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills on-site.
